Job Description

  • Taking responsibilities to ensure performance and meet the requirement of the Expansion.
  • Manage travel arrangements,appointments etc. and also role will be involved travelling.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail,letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language : English, Kannada, Hindi (addition will be good)
  • Education : 12th or Any Graduate
  • Experience : 1 to 2 years in Admin
