Job Description
- Taking responsibilities to ensure performance and meet the requirement of the Expansion.
- Manage travel arrangements,appointments etc. and also role will be involved travelling.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail,letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Language : English, Kannada, Hindi (addition will be good)
- Education : 12th or Any Graduate
- Experience : 1 to 2 years in Admin
