Job Description
- Supervise and monitor doctor list of 6 Medical Reps under him/her and report the same to his manager
- Go on senior doctor visits setup by MRs and do the following:
- Detail Sugar Watchers product to doctors
- Convince the doctor to prescribe Sugar Watchers products
- Seek permission for various activities at the doctor's clinic such as sampling activity, health camps etc
- Seek permission to place Sugar Watchers dieticians at the doctor's clinic
- Mapping dieticians to be placed at Doctor's clinic along with supervision and performance monitoring
- Reporting to manager about the MR and dietician field activity on a daily basis.
- Ensure execution of strategy decided by top management on the ground with filed staff.
