- Deal with all post Sales exercises including Agreements, Allotment Letter, Demands, Transfers, Receipts, Collections and Targets.
- Oversee Customer Relationship at all phases of Project life cycle and guaranteeing most abnormal amount of consumer loyalty.
- Keep up great client relations to deal with the gatherings between the common. group and Architect group for any minor Civil Modifications.
- Dealing with the total procedure of handover of pads for insides.
- Dealing with Customer Grievances.
- Keeping up system with Banking/Financial establishments.
- Customer adjusting over email and IVR
- Limiting accelerations and conveying a prevalent client encounter.
