  • Highlight reasonable higher esteem items to shopper while encouraging.
  • Appraise purchaser on item/design and encourage deals.
  • Assess the purchaser needs and propose the correct item.
  • Manage the Cash till at the Store at whatever point appointed and guarantee checkout rapidly and proficiently.
  • Collect and give buyer criticism/data to the Store Manager for activity.
  • Update ones claim learning on the ebb and flow seasons stock through item hand labels duplicate
  • Stock administration- Regular recharging of stocks from back office to alloted region in shop front.
  • Assist SM in readiness of ordinary renewal orders.
  • Detailing and Market Intelligence
  • Assist SM in following execution of Competitors in the market.
  • Assist SM in planning of reports precisely and on schedule.
  • Deals Productivity- Implement best practices of Up-selling and Cross-Selling .
  • Strive to accomplish higher transformation levels and measure the equivalent on regular schedule.
  • Assist SM in separating of month to month focuses into week after week/every day targets
