- Dealing customers, listening their queries and resolving them ASAP.
- Handling all service activities.
- Resolving all type of service complaints.
- Guiding & leading team members to delight customers.
- Maintaining monthly and daily service related reports.
- Maintaining relationship with existing customers via telephone calls.
- Responding incoming emails and phone queries.
- Customer support & Sales Coordinator.
- Making Outbound Calls and receive calls.
- Organizing customer meet.

- Okay with working 6 days a week
