We have urgent opening for Customer Location- Pune (Kharadi)

Profile- Customer Service Executive

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:-

 Ensure appropriate actions are taken on customers request

Provide instant feedback of customers to team leaders / Managers in Head – Office

 Ability to provide work around solutions to customers in case of blocking points

Timely update of Issue tracker tool / any other CRM tool and follow up with internal departments for timely closure of issues raised by customers

Hear the customer , identify his / her needs / pain and provide end to end solution to their problems / issues.

Follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues . Pro-actively highlight customer issues in appropriate forums.

Should be able to come up with innovative ideas to automate processes and increase digitalization which makes operations efficient .

Excellent Communication skills.

  • Manage Customer Order & delivery – Dealers , Fleet Accounts , OE in conjunction with Supply Chain & Logistics teams .
  • Manage customer requests – service requests / queries and product & warranty claims .
  • Ensure customer requests are properly recorded and analyzed to ensure non repeats in the future .
  • Support sales – at times should be able to upsell products and services to customers from office .
