- Our customer is searching for a gifted planner and analyst to join as their Design and Research Lead, India. This individual will work intimately with the Head of Innovation to plan new social undertakings without any preparation and improve the endeavors we as of now have propelled. As the
- Structure and Research Lead, you will drive our plan procedure in India including disclosure, combination, concepting and prototyping.
- Work with the Head of Innovation to consistently advance development, technique and practice
- Structure and create exhaustive research methodologies and plans adjusted to organization procedure
- Lead beginning period research including creating and executing on meetings, center gatherings and vivid research strategies
- Take an interest in and lead amalgamation, co-creation and ideation workshops with a scope of partners
- Lead later stage research including creating and executing on prototyping and testing intends to grill key suspicions over numerous ideas
- BA/BS degree in Design Research or any related field from a main organization (MA/MSc liked)
- 2-3+ long stretches of experience functioning as a plan specialist, administration architect, advancement strategist, collaboration creator, UX planner or comparative job
- Shown mastery in administration structure, ethnography, UX configuration investigate, prototyping and other subjective and subjective research techniques
- Capability in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping devices
