Job Description

  • To adopt the front of office responsibilities, consisting of assembly, greeting and getting to the needs of clients, to make sure a high-quality customer support experience.
  • To construct a terrific rapport with all of the clients and clear up any court cases/issues quickly to keep high first-rate customer service.
  • To assist in coping with purchaser court cases in an effective and courteous manner, offering or looking for solutions as quick as feasible.
  • Must have wonderful conversation capabilities.
