Job Description
- Recognize business necessities and guide them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Functionality.
- Lead Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion ventures
- Distinguish Functionality holes in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, and fabricate augmentations for them.
- Prompt customer on choices, dangers, and any effects on different procedures or frameworks.
- Design the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet customer prerequisites and report application set-ups.
- Compose business prerequisite archives for reports, interfaces, information transformations and application augmentations for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion ventures.
- Create Security and Validation Strategies and Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion ventures.
- Execute Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion ventures.
- Help customer in getting ready approval contents, testing situations and create test contents for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion ventures.
- Experience of Migrating information for Projects from inheritance frameworks of the customers.
- Involvement in Oracle Cloud Implementations
- Related knowledge driving HCM executions/overhauls
Required*
- HCM Functional asset with 5-8 years of involvement with Cloud or EBS HCM. Modules Core HR and Benefits.
- Prophet Cloud Core HR and Benefits.
- 3 or 4 years of cloud execution experience.
Qualifications*
- Bachelors Degree in a field identified with this position or equal work involvement../B.Tech. or on the other hand M.C.A. or on the other hand M.B.A. from a rumored University.
- 5-8 years of Experience.
- Probably worked in on location/seaward model w/experience working freely/team up with the group to fulfill tight time constraints
