Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors.
  • Check, kind and ahead emails.
  • Monitor office components and location orders whilst vital.
  • Keep updated facts and files.
  • Monitor office prices and expenses.
  • Answer questions and cope with court cases.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, applications and so forth. And distribute them.
  • Prepare outgoing mail through drafting correspondence, securing parcels and so on.
  • Take up other responsibilities as assigned (journey arrangements, schedules etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as front table representative, agent or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g.Fax, printer and so on.)
  • Knowledge of workplace management and simple bookkeeping.
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office (specifically Excel and Word).
  • Strong communique and those talents.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilties.
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
