Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors.
- Check, kind and ahead emails.
- Monitor office components and location orders whilst vital.
- Keep updated facts and files.
- Monitor office prices and expenses.
- Answer questions and cope with court cases.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Receive letters, applications and so forth. And distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail through drafting correspondence, securing parcels and so on.
- Take up other responsibilities as assigned (journey arrangements, schedules etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as front table representative, agent or relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g.Fax, printer and so on.)
- Knowledge of workplace management and simple bookkeeping.
- Excellent understanding of MS Office (specifically Excel and Word).
- Strong communique and those talents.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilties.
- High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
