Job Description

  • Helps and Assists Guests with Check-in and Check-out.
  • Meets each visitor upon Check-in and Check-out.
  • Check all the landing prepared rooms before visitor entry.
  • Effectively Accessible/Reachable by Guests amid the move.
  • Proactively understands Guests accelerations to the visitor fulfillment levels.
  • Keep up PMS Software with consistence.
  • Takes rounds of the Hotel (twice in multi day; quality checks).
  • Checks (according to characterized group/plan) Random Rooms (both entry and involved), so as to quality check the principles.
  • Housekeeping Checks - Cleanliness, utilization of right synthetic compounds and gear - preparing the staff.
  • Checks for/Follow-up/Proactively plan for Maintenance issues (recognize and fix, proactively plan against and so on).
  • In charge of every day money gathered at the Hotel, day by day money answering to proprietor alongside appropriate bills including F&B.
  • Forthright stock crude materials prerequisite answering to proprietor.
  • Checks for Linen Exchange and stock of Linen (Records being kept up), alongside every day clothing.
