Statutory Audit of Stores: Conduct monthly audit at respective store to ensure all statutory related registers & records are maintenance, display of abstract and notices at stores
Obtaining & Renewal of License: Co-ordinate with respective stakeholder and obtain license for new stores and renewal the licenses within the stipulated time under Shop Act, Contract Labour etc
Statutory Inspection and report: Visit & co-ordinate with store HR during inspection by authority and send report of the same to CHRM/Corp HR
3 P's statutory compliance: Ensure all 3P employees ESIC insurance no & PF no.
Education & Experience:
MBA/Diploma HR /Masters Labour Management with 5+ years of experience
Compliance knowledge
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Candidate with experience of managing multi-location compliance is preferred
