- Lead Generation (B2B/ Direct Sales)
- Follow up with customer .
- Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment
- To complete a daily/weekly log of all activities as per scheduled.
- To identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full service audit survey
- To maintain communication with the client once the contract is opened and show an ongoing interest by building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales.
- Being updated on new products and services.
- To present a realistic proposal to a society client, having thoroughly researched cost factors, and ensure that the proposal is achievable.
- To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.
- Bike is mandatory.
