- Participation, Payroll, Competency Mapping, Appraisal Management, Salary Revisions, Grievance Handling, representative welfare, worker fulfillment.
- Do Gap Analysis and Initiate activity dependent on reviews and concentrates on representative fulfillment, well being, and pay.
- Managing the everyday authoritative necessities .
- Organizing with Travel Agencies for Airlines and Railway appointments, Hotel appointments and Car game plans for workers and visitor.
- Oversee and deal with throughout the everyday office managerial exercises
- Tracking Visiting Cards, Utility Payments, Printing of Stationary
- In charge of the Upkeep of the workplace.
