- Conduct Diagnostics onsite at client locations to arrive at insights and areas of capability development
- Independently create design documents that articulate how the learning solution will be structured and how the objectives will be achieved
- Formulate learning objectives that meet the performance gap or opportunity
- Create blueprint, course outlines, summaries, storyboards; visualize and develop wireframe documents based on learning objectives
- Produce instructional materials with minimal oversight that align to the intended outcomes
