Job Description
- Contract Management, legally binding compliances observing and the executives; consistence support for tasks of the Projects.
- Legitimate Risk Management.
- Sensibly reasonable learning of Contracts Act, Transfer of Property Act, Local Development Laws in Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
- Drafting, reviewing, arranging and translating different business contracts and meeting on contract debate.
- Drafting of term sheets, land venture, advancement assentions, property and corporate credit offices, consent to move, deal deed, rent deeds, privacy understandings, security documentations, merchant contracts and managing issues identified with the equivalent.
- Drafting and exchange credit documentation, and all related understanding and exchange with the banks.
- Comprehension of Land Acquisition Process including title look, MOU, enrollment of reports, transformation, audit of endorsements, change of land use, NA change, especially in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
- General corporate warning and the board of inner consistence documentations, bank's suite of point of reference documentation.
- Flawlessly monitoring advancement on all arrangements.
