- Determination, Induction, Orientation of every single new arrangement.
- Draft and issuing of the considerable number of letters to representatives for example Arrangement Letters, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letters.
- Circulars/sees implied for representatives in meeting with Senior Management.
- Maintains association staff by setting up an enlisting, testing and meeting program.
- Maintains a compensation plan by directing intermittent pay reviews.
- Training and aptitude improvement of Employees.
- Employee Engagement and Welfare Activities.
- Employee Relation, Grievance taking care of to keep up amicable relations.
