  • Determination, Induction, Orientation of every single new arrangement.
  • Draft and issuing of the considerable number of letters to representatives for example Arrangement Letters, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letters.
  • Circulars/sees implied for representatives in meeting with Senior Management.
  • Maintains association staff by setting up an enlisting, testing and meeting program.
  • Maintains a compensation plan by directing intermittent pay reviews.
  • Training and aptitude improvement of Employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Welfare Activities.
  • Employee Relation, Grievance taking care of to keep up amicable relations.
