As a Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible to lead our shop floor activities in Packaging and manufacturing.
It will be your mission to establish and maintain systems and processes in order to ensure efficient operations relevant to the Manufacturing Teams with a focus on On time delivery, performances, product quality and productivity.
In this position, you will report to Operations Manager, Gas and Process Application
. Lead and Develop the workshop operations and organization
.Work strongly together with Project, Sourcing, quality and aftermarket teams to further build and develop strong coordination process to meet PFP ( Penalty Free projects), OTIS (On time in full), FTR ( First time right) and LLCS ( Lesson learnt captured and shared) to maintain and enhance low cost out-sourcing model packaging model.
-Production and shipment planning and meet the defined target by effectively driving all the internal and external stakeholders with most efficient way.
-Implement efficient flow processes in production, Improve Productivity, lead time and reduce packaging cost in way that quality is not affected, Control Inventory and implement just in time philosophy, Support the corrective actions for stock differences which are identified, ensure On Time in Full execution of new product development projects in coordination with Engineering and Sourcing, Follow QSHE norms as per relevant standards ensure compliance.
