Achieve the planned sales target for the territory
through effectively managing customers.
Ensure receivables management as per the
plan.
Improve the market share through new
business generation and new customer conversion, customer retention.
Lead and develop the sales team for higher
productivity and efficiency.
Manage the large customers effectively for
business retention/ improvement.
Work with various stake holders in the key
accounts including the Maintenance, strategic sourcing, production, Mfg. Engg
team. Additionally, job involves collaborating with MWF BD / TS team for
timely actions to support customer requirements.
Build relationship with stakeholders and manage
the customers with higher value proposition, Cost saving, benefits ( Value
selling approach )
Work with RSM and MWF BD team in demand
generating activities which will support to bring in more customers in
pipeline creation.
