- Treatment of P1 (Emergency), P2 (Critical), P3 (Major) alerts for the above said hubs.
- Keeping up MTTR and legally binding KPIs under Managed administrations for driving telecom administrator.
- Making of MOP and coordination with NOC to complete all occupations.
- Nokia DX/ATCA MSS, GCS, AMGW, TMGW, NT HLR and HSS - Fault Management and Configuration Management.
