Job Description
1. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of HR specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional development.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor their progress, and ensure timely completion of HR transactions.
- Manage day to operations as per the SOP guidelines
2. HR Operations Management:
- Oversee the execution of HR processes and transactions, including Employee Life cycle processes and employee data management.
- Continuously monitor and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry best practices.
3. Customer Service:
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information and resolutions.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service within the HR Managed Services team.
4. Data and Reporting:
- Maintain and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on HR service delivery and performance for senior management.
5. Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR Manged Services staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on HR trends and regulations to ensure the team's compliance with changing requirements.
6. Technology and Systems:
- Work with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to manage and optimize HR-related systems and tools / vendor portals as applicable.
- Collaborate with IT to address technical issues and implement system enhancements.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews as needed.
