* Daily automation (2nd half), Validating the errors in transaction files, transfers and processing orders
* Reverse feed validation and processing
* Monitoring of alerts for any process break
* Validation of failed orders
* Monitoring and validation of daily SIP orders of both payment link and Mandate
* AMC rejections order tracking and following up with the AMC for clarity/resolution
* Coordinating with the RTA/AMCs for any issues/queries related to process changes
* Refund/redemption tickets handling and coordinating with the RTA/AMC for the issues related to refund and redemption
* Mandate related issue tickets handling and work with tech/Razorpay
* Monitoring of all the Jira tickets and following up for the resolution
* Handling additional compliance tasks like nominee updation, SIP registration
* Handling customer escalation if support is unable to handle it
* POC for any kinds of operational related issues raised by the RTA/AMC
