Job Description
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow
the private-label business. Will have the complete P&L responsibility
of this business.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships
with key customers and partners.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
to achieve business objectives.
- Manage cross functional teams in order to
deliver OTIF deliveries. Owns the service levels and the customer
satisfaction
- Work closely with the product development team
to develop and launch new products.
- Develop pricing strategies and manage pricing
negotiations with customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and
adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in industry events and conferences
to stay current on industry trends and developments.
