• 7+ years of experience as Fullstack developer with good React exposure
• Proficiency in a wide range of programming languages and technologies, such as but not limited to:
o Front-end: JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), HTML, CSS/SASS
o Back-end: Node.js, Python, C#, Java, or similar.
o Databases: SQL (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
o Cloud Services: Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose creative solutions, and implement them effectively
• Proven leadership abilities in guiding and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
