Job Description
- As a Sales Executive specializing in Merchant Hygiene & Engagement, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and driving transaction & revenue growth.
- Identify and prospect potential merchant clients in alignment with company goals.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of merchant needs and pain points.
- Devise and implement strategies to engage and retain merchant partners.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners.
- Revisit merchants with the aim of collecting EDI & EMI based collection for default merchant loans
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services to existing merchants.
- Provide training sessions and resources to merchants to optimize their use of products or services.
- Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.
