Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare your monthly PJP that align with the Company Regional Sales Executives and adhere to this plan. E.g.) B class outlets every week and C class outlets Thrice a month and A class outlets Twice in month.
  • You have to plan for any activation by coordinating with Company Sales Executives and call/visit the retailers in that Beat and get prior approval to conduct any activity at their outlet like One day promotions/ SGA etc.

 

  • You will work closely on retailer market for Product demonstrations, end-users for SGA, NAKA meets etc. And also coordinate with retail counter promotions.

 

  • You have to prepare for any event well in advance and follow the set event guidelines and distribute the takeaways. Eg) Product Demo Kits, Free product samples for activations, Arrange for tea/snacks etc.

 

  • You have to ensure all the Company Products in the retail store are kept at recommended zones of maximum visibility (Eg. Behind the cash counter, eye-level shelf etc.)
  • You will update your daily activities on a daily basis through Phone/WhatsApp and have a weekly review with the to the Regional coordinator.
  • You must install all the marketing collaterals and POP/POSM in the retail outlets of your region and ensure 100 % utilization of the materials.
  • Capture photos and videos of POP/Displays, demos, customer testimonials and also share with the Regional Coordinator.
  • You will need to monitor the outlets for competitor promotions and new products and communicate it to the Regional coordinator and share photos wherever possible.

 

  • You will regularly gather the contact details of retailers and their customers, end-users of your region and upload in the Company connect App.
  • Meet and coordinate with the local trade associations such as Carpenter Assn etc., key contractors and map the members to the nearest retail counter.
  • You will visit workshops in your region to conduct regular product demos and new product launches and collect testimonials/feedback on our product and convert them to Company customers.
