Job Description

  • Accountability for achieving the Sales Budgets assigned to their respective region.
  • Develop a strong and aggressive Sales team and assign a Sales PLAN to them.
  • Drive the team in generating profitable business by targeting the right customers and making joint calls with them for closure of the biz.
  • Take a considerable portion of the Budget under own name and achieve it to lead by example.
  • Discuss and get approval from the Management to distribute the remaining Budget within the team,
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, Sales & Marketing,
  • Get the required operational support from the Operations Manager and its team for retention & growth of the existing customers.
  • System user and capable to use Sales Force both by self and team,
  • Open for travel and relocation as per Organization needs.
  • Some exposure to MNC culture is preferable.
  • Grow the team by hiring right people as per the Budget and strategies of the organization.
  • Target the right customers as per company strength and strategy.
  • Motivate the team to make 40 calls per month and go after profitable biz.
  • Work with credit worthy customers.
  • Keep receivables under control.
