Essential RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review day by day profitability and plan for current day work process
- Overseeing India operations conveyance on all concurred KPIs
- Day to day customer correspondence
- Reviewing occasional procedure pinnacles and troughs to oversee assets adequately
- Weekly/month to month quality and effectiveness audits with customer and inside group
- Weekly Departmental reviews to design month/regular execution
- Reviewing adherence to rules set by customer to guarantee CSAT
- Identifying India skills and proposing work developments
- Reviewing Client work TAT's to distinguish and propose India abilities
- Providing backing and answers for decrease expenses and increment effectiveness on the two India and on location tasks.
- Monthly/Weekly customer input and course to direct reports
- Project Review and Management
- Creation and opportune audits of SOPs for existing procedures
- KPI Delivery.
- Design and execute advancement update records for all regions/new advances.
- Review and reset KPI's according to process and framework changes.
- Define and oversee gathering/Team structures to help business needs.
- TNI for direct reports to business progression.
- Project the board of specially appointed showcasing activities taken by customers.
