Job Description

  • Make every day calls to CLX qualified clients to persuade them to apply for the item.
  • Gather all application subtleties from clients over telephone and info them into Homer for assessment.
  • Inform clients of aftereffect of their application and on account of endorsement, guide the client to a CLX POS for marking.
  • Mindful to deal with inbound calls from devoted CLX number or CLX calls exchanged from general help-line.

  • Help clients present at POS for contract marking where the SA isn't accessible. Call the particular DSM to send another SA to the POS.
  • Refresh all data in Genesis and Homer according to the discussion with client.
