Job Description

(a) Lead & coach a team of executives and specialist.
(b) Manage the entire spectrum of HR functions including:
* Manpower planning & staffing
* Compensation & benefits management
* Training & development
* Performance management
* Reward & recognition
* Career development
* Succession plan -HRIS Management
* Payroll management
* Competitive analysis
(c) Formulate, implement & review HR polices & procedures
(d) Enhance employee performance & alignment with corporate objectives.
(e) Promote core values, staff engagement, price & sense of belonging
(f) Provide advice and support to Management on HR related issues
(g) Perform general office admin duties
(h) Salary creation before 7th of every month
(i) Creation of PF & ESIC before 13th of every month
(j) Monthly payroll MIS Site wise for accounts before 20th of every month
(k) Monitoring the gratuity policies
(l) Compiling the ESIC, PF, Salary and other data for balance sheet.
(m) Monitoring full and final settlement when site withdraws.
(n) Preparation for in hand rates keeping in mind expenditure of the company and audit by client.
(o) Monitoring the deactivation of left employees from the payroll as well as PF & ESIC
(p) Liaison with PF & ESIC Enforcement officer
(q) Updating of bank account in payroll after verifying with original document
(r) Timely bill processing and follow ups for payments.
