- Attend and recognize every client call/mail.
- Responsible to raise inconvenience tickets.
- Collect all the required data according to the agenda.
- Perform fundamental dimension investigating for settling client issues.
- Collaborate in examining issue amid accelerations.
- Assist in goals of specialized/non-specialized issues looked by clients.
- Provide convenient updates to clients and 100% documentation (RCA) on every one of the goals.
