- Specialized information and involvement in comparable application .
- Sound learning of laws,acts, standards, directions and strategies in India.
- Phenomenal correspondence and PC abilities.
- Phenomenal correspondence and negotations skilss with Vendors.
- Phenomenal (verbal and composed) English and (verbal and composed) Hindi.
- Venture Planning and booking fundamental information and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate with different divisions and the executives.
- Draft and audit contracts.
- Help in execution of agreements, handle Projects related issues.
- Estimate legally binding risks,possible future issues and debate.
- Handle exisitng ventures Procurement forms if and when required
- Keeping Vendor Lists refreshed.
- Go to Tender Site Visits,Attend gatherings with customer/sub-contractual worker and comprehend the needs,approach and procedure of the customer/sub-temporary worker.
