A. Program / Visibility Management
- Support to drive TM program by constantly monitoring the ground level execution and share feedback.
- Drive Merchandising program with the help of external agencies
- Drive various in store visibility activities with the help of external agencies
B. Campaign Management
- Coordinate with external agencies and execute various BTL Activities in the respective region as agreed
- Drive Rural Activation programs
- Share the activation analysis /Feedback
C. MIS Management
- Track competitor activities / Scheme in the market.
- Help to share the retailer/consumer feedback on various TM program / NPD launches etc.
