Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.      Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations within the college, including managing office supplies, coordinating mail distribution, and maintaining office equipment.

2.      Assisting with the planning and organization of college events, meetings, and workshops, including venue arrangements, catering, and logistics coordination.

3.      Managing the college's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security, to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.

4.      Supporting procurement activities, including vendor selection, purchase order processing, and inventory management, in accordance with college policies and procedures.

5.      Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of staff, including preparing employment contracts, coordinating orientation sessions, and maintaining personnel records.

6.      Providing administrative support to various college departments and academic programs, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and compiling reports.

7.      Serving as a point of contact for inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.

8.      Assisting with the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

·        Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or similar setting.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

·        Knowledge of administrative procedures, procurement processes, and facilities management practices.

·        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·        Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Experience : 7 years – Must speak Telugu Langauge.
