monthly basis the target secondary sales and tertiary volumes in the designated
territory and achieve the target volume and market share consistently.
- Implement Area Retail Sales Strategy in close co-ordination with RSM / BM and Business Heads
and achieve the planned reach, WOD expansion, Focus / key models sales etc.
- Keep a track on Retail Outlets’ / Dealers’ stocks level across all running models especially focus
models, map them against the availability of inventory at Distributors (SRDs) / Micro Distributors
(MDs) and ensure timely replenishment of the products / mobile handsets and branding
material at Retail outlets / Dealers in the respective markets by doing a close interface with
SRDs/MDs / Retail Managers/ ISDs
- Grow the number of A, B, C Star Dealers. Implement key- marketing programs and increase a
healthy WOD on monthly basis.
- Effectively lead & manage Retail Managers / Team Leaders by communicating clear job
expectations, monitor & evaluate their performance on retail reach, monthly coverage, key
product displays and sell outs.
