Job Description
Work on mission critical business strategy effort in line with overall long-term vision and mission
• Build project management plans and trackers to ensure successful and timely project completion
• Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to keep efforts in sync with standards and rapidly evolving product suite
• Contribute in long term strategic initiatives
• Lead research and analysis bringing out insights critical for strategy and planning of the organization
• Rapidly develop expertise in the new initiatives domain to become a trusted subject matter expert within the company and a credible partner for external stakeholders
• Manage other high priority projects to support broader business needs
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in strategy consulting from top tier consulting firms or CEO’s office in a fintech/ high growth start-up
• MBA from a tier 1 MBA institution is preferred
• Pre-MBA work experience in consulting, data analytics, or investment banking would be an added advantage
• Experience of consulting for fintech / digital / SME sectors would be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Track record of seeing large projects through completion, including project management, data gathering and modelling, creative problem solving
• Ability to manage both, executive level strategic thinking and very hands-on execution
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
