1. Overall leading a team of managers and supervisors in the day-to-day management of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to Project in time and safely manner.
2. Fulfilment of with HSE policies, management objectives systems, Review and amend work procedure (SOP) and ensure risk assessment and HSE plans with each discipline project.

5. Implementation of risk management process and mitigation plan with review and implementation of systems, practices and appropriate training of personal to identified potential risks and Workplace Risk Assessments, SOP, regular Inspection and Site Environmental Plans.
6. Assisting the Financial compliance of solar project. Meeting with client and generate the new business opportunities.
7. Compliance of statutory law and contractual requirement based on the site location and according to company and client requirement.
8. Work of the unit/area to ensure completion of all activities within time, by continuously emphasizing and enforcing adherence to safety and quality and reporting to management and client.
9. Interpretation of drawings & construction drawings and suggest remedial action for errors and non-feasibility and issue the variation request.
10. To develop the new vendor, supplier, contractor, and sub-contractor.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering
2. Site & Construction, project planning with tools like PERT,CPM & GAANT
3. Financial Modeling & Cost estimation
4. Techno-commercial professional
5. 3 -5 years of experience
