Part of the Business Development Team for North & East India leading the Sales & Marketing Activities along with Business Development in the respective regions. Projects & Key Account Management along with addition of Architect, ID and Contractors to the company database by building healthy business relationship with them for new and existing enquiries.
Duties: -
• Responsible and accountable for profitably growing sales in the Assigned Region of North & East India.
• As Business Development Manager, I am assigned to current and future growth through active management of existing accounts as well as generating new accounts.
• Develop Project Sales in the defined market.
• Develop & increase the reach of Sollfege and its related Solution Portfolio to the assigned market.
• Work closely with the Director of the Company in maintaining effective and timely communications with him and other business contacts.
• Regularly approaching the Customer & Clients for the betterment of the Solutions and Services provided by us.
• Primarily relied to develop and drive effective business communication and solution and service strategy, thereby increasing market share and sales growth.
• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry along with researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvement.
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Negotiating solutions and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Building a strong relationship with consultants and keep a good reputation.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints; analyzes customer needs and offers and implement: adapted solutions.
• Ensuring that sales targets are met and coordinating sales projects.
• Collect market data regarding customers, projects and competitors in order to ensure that the company is updated on the latest developments.
