- Handle the Sales team as per hierarchy.
- Develop a sales vision and agenda for each effective
sales period.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro
information at project level) and communicate the same effectively to
prospects.
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and
act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to
meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.

- Generating leads: Identifying and generating new sales
leads through a variety of methods, including networking, cold-calling,
and following up on leads provided by the company and channel partners.
- Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that
suit them best.
- Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing
appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the
investment need of the prospects.
- Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms
of closing
- Build trust, value other , communicate effectively,
drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate
with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity..
- Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle
free after sales service
- Discuss and follow
up on opportunities with prospective brokers & their buyers
- Coordinate site
visits with prospective brokers and their buyers and enables deal closure.
- Motivating Broker
partners to close sales
- Identifying new
client opportunities through brokers in the market and making available
property databases of the area.
- Ensure compliance & control of sites in the segment
by constant monitoring of sales as a function - processes, pricing and
deviations, and negotiations from the same.
- Catering to clients
as per their needs from the available database by calling and personal
visits.
- Must have
experience in real estate closing sales, attending clients at the site,
and closing the deal.
- Good negotiation skills and maintain relations with
clients, channel partners.
- Keeping up-to-date with market knowledge: Staying
up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and
competition, and using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
- Play a key role during various stages of customer
engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution
- In
some cases, Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.
- Participate
in Negotiation meetings with buyers & Sellers.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives &
strategies.
- Achieving sales targets: Achieving and exceeding weekly,monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent
interpersonal skills
