· To explore the possibilities of having hospital / clinic/ gynaecologist tie-ups.
· To meet and discuss with Gynecologists on latest stem cell development.
· Generating leads through hospital/clinics.
· Giving presentation to the expecting parents.
· Responsible for opening counselling sessions.
· Responsible for enrolments and payment collections.
· Ensuring to place the marketing material at the clinic.
· Conduct and participate in the hospital activities like ANC and Baby Shower.
· Ensuring completion of client enrolment, payment collection, client agreement signing, generating SAR and ensuring smooth sample collection and dispatch to the lab.
· Responsible for good conversation from lead to presentation (30%) and from presentation to enrolment (50%).
· Updating leads/presentations/enrolments in the system on a daily basis.
· To ensure that there is no missed collection or cancellation of enrolment or any complaints by the clients
· To do regular follow-ups for the prospects.
· Responsible for getting Google reviews and client & doctor testimonials.
· To qualify for the special incentives and the contest rolled by the company.
· Ensuring to follow the company protocols and systems.
· Reporting to Regional Sales Manager or Territory Manager or respective ASM or General Manager.
