Job Description

1. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
2. Update information in the service database/report during and after each call.
3. Work with the management team to stay updated on industry knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
4. Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
5. Establish and manage communication with corporate, Clients, staff, and management.
6. Ensure effective telephone and email communications both internally to maintain a professional image.
7. Organize and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
8. Coordinate meetings with the US team.
9. Participate as needed in special department projects.

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
