Ø She must know about how to increase the engagement on the post though organic.
Ø Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes.
Ø Build and nurture social media platform-specific audiences.
Ø Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audiences' behaviors.
Ø Update our social media pages with compelling company news.
Ø Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles and news releases)
Ø Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, videos views, reach, fans, etc.).
Ø Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Ø Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
Ø Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video).
Ø Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for publishing content.
Ø Perform research to find articles, stories, resources, or other content that is relevant to our user base.
Ø Update Social Media accounts with current and relevant photos, videos, or other content. with quirky captions.
Ø Ability to research and think new ideas and implement those ideas into a reality creatively.
Ø Create social media content strategy and develop content accordingly.
Ø Work with design team to create necessary images/videos/gifs as per content calendar.
Ø Create a regular news publishing schedule.
Ø Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports.
