Overall Job Objective: -
Role: - The Distributor Sales Officer (DSO) represents the company’s interest to a set of doctors, stockist and pharmacies in their territory and responsible for end –end account management including establishing relationship, growing sales & fundamentals and ensuring visibility execution as per company standards.
Responsibility: -
· Selling to authorized stockists, pharmacies and doctors.
· Detailing to pharmacies and doctors.
· Basic Merchandising
Selling: -
· DSO is responsible for selling volume and building goodwill in the distributor market.
· Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area.
· Building and developing relation with pharmacies and stockist.
· Regular coverage of the stores as per requirement.
· Drive in store availability and visibility.
· Collection and settlement of the account receivable.
Detailing:
· Generating new prescription on daily basis.
· Stay updated on product knowledge & detailing skills.
· Day to Day sales reporting.
· Effective query handling.
· Adherence to the stewardship and compliance norms of the organization.
· Spend more than 90% time in customer facing selling.
