Executive Support
? Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
? Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
? Prepare materials like agendas and presentations for executive engagements.
? Conduct research to aid strategic decisions.
Strategic Planning
? Assist in formulating and implementing strategic plans.
? Collaborate with departments for data collection and strategic analysis.
? Monitor and update progress on strategic objectives.
? Help prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Project Management
? Oversee executive-led projects, ensuring alignment with priorities.
? Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and risks.
? Proactively address potential challenges to maintain progress
Education & Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
? Minimum of 10 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior
executives.
? Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
? Experience in strategic planning, project management, or business analysis is advantageous.
