Job Description

• Lead and manage the Fleet Monitoring and Commercial team.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to enhance performance.
• Monitor team performance with MIS on regular basis.
• Daily monitoring of Fleet performance, utilization of vehicles, Used and Defleeting of vehicles
• Daily clearance of traffic dines for Fleet traffic fines, credit and debit notes
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Fleet Operations and Commercial dept.
• Supervise and ensure timely completion of daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage daily workload and backlog clearance.
• Prepare and analyse reports on team performance and share timely feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance and improve accuracy!

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Well versed with MS Office and Advance Excel.
