Job Description
- Lead and manage the Fleet Monitoring and Commercial team.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to enhance performance.
- Monitor team performance with MIS on regular basis.
- Daily monitoring of Fleet performance, utilization of vehicles, Used and Defleeting of vehicles
- Daily clearance of traffic dines for Fleet traffic fines, credit and debit notes
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Fleet Operations and Commercial dept.
- Supervise and ensure timely completion of daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with Operations, Vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage daily workload and backlog clearance.
- Prepare and analyse reports on team performance and share timely feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance and improve accuracy!
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well versed with MS Office and Advance Excel.
