Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Execute smooth onboarding of the new joinee's every week.
2. Coordinating with Reginal HR's for onboarding of new joinee's.
3. Managing Data base and publishing dashboards on weekly basis.
4. Helping New Hires to learn about the company policies and procedures
5. Welcoming New Hires
6. Creating Vacancies through portal and processing the candidate through portal.
7. Ensuring all documents related to payroll confirmation are in place in order to release timely salaries.
