Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs.
- Create job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment methods such as networking, employee referrals, and online searches.
- Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist with the interview process as needed.
- Manage candidate communications and maintain regular contact throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks and offer negotiations as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and other relevant networking opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and metrics to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Cold calling to generate HR requirement leads.
