Own the complete lead generation & management process from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle.
· Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools and data management.
· Approaching the prospect client through various channels like social media, references from the existing client, references from the own network
· Meeting the assigned targets of lead capturing and lead closures and the revenue generation
· Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
· Identifying upsell opportunities through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
· Sharing reports on time with the reporting manager
· Maintaining the lead data on the Sales CRM on timely basis
