Job Description
- Give inputs for the annual sales plan for the Company at the start of the financial year.
- Drive the sales strategy for the oncology portfolio month on month in the assigned territory.
- Conceptualise and develop the product positioning
- Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
- Develop and implement the go to market strategy and field activities.
- Drive implementation of the engagement strategies designed for promotion on the ground.
- Coach and mentor the team and for effective performance including career development and retention.
- Work jointly with the team on the field for giving relevant inputs.
- Give inputs as per competitive market intelligence.
- Drive adherence to financial/ regulatory and legal norms within the team.
- Drive the teams usage of the mobile sales app for effective performance tracking and feedback.
- Meet and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders for mutual benefit.
- Send MIS and reports in the requisite formats on a day to day basis as per Management requirements.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and make appropriate recommendations to the Business Head.
- Present sales expenses, performance data and inputs to the Management month on month.
