Job Description
Responsible for End-to-End Project Delivery from the download taken from sales team, partner PO, payment, Project Plan, Vendor Selection, execution, commissioning, testing up to customer handover based on project requirement.
•
Project Manager is responsible for maintaining the safe environment at the workplace & also ensuring the quality of work.

Developing quality culture in project team, strive for continual improvement and positive change in life.
•
Planning, Installation testing, Billing, commissioning, of Non-IT Part like PAC, In row, RDHX HVAC, Chiller, Chiller piping, Electrical work, from HT to LT system, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies), Isolation Tx. And Floor mounted PDU, Rack PDU, Bus bar etc.
•
Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure site clearance is available to start the work.
•
Managing day to day site Installation, Operations and solving problems raised during Installing work.
•
Preparing the relevant documents to Conduct any kind of test.
•
Execution & installation of Electrical panels, Equipment, Power cables, control cables lying and termination for Fire Pump, Hydro-pneumatic Pump, booster pump and Air-Cooled Chiller.
•
Co-ordination with the different agencies at construction site during execution of project,
•
Ensure the contractors/labors always follow the rules and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client,
•
Maintain daily progress report and monthly progress report,
•
Low Side and High Side Measurements during execution stages track the site materials and periodically billing cycle.
•
Monitoring overall quality related activities for quality control & quality assurance from Procurement.
•
Responsible for making of work Methodology /Method statements, Material submittals.
•
To Witness Material inspection (FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)).
Ensuring compliance with local & international norms & standards, projects specification and corporate policies towards maintain a perfect balance between contractual obligation and standard procedural constraints.
•
Conduct weekly Project meetings with all sub-contractors, client, and other related parties to resolve quality related issues arising during work.
•
Review of Vendor project documentation, TDS, Checking & Certification of contractor’s invoices with respect to actual progress at site.
•
Ensuring that all Project documents are prepared as per Client requirements, Standard/Code and Project requirements.
•
Ensure adherence to all procedures and performed quality audits , Safety audits on processes
•
Strong Coordination with Client for Continual improvement and Client satisfaction.
•
Instructing to Field Engineers to execute the inspection as per the required Standard/Specifications and client approved document.
•
Check work done as per approved drawing and used current revision of drawing for construction.
DUCATION QUALIFICATION
BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical
WORK EXPERIENCE (Minimum years of experience required)
6-8 years of related work experience, of which minimum 5-6 Project delivery of Data Center Execution.
